How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Once our returns department receives the product, the return is processed within 72 hours! Keep in mind that it may take an additional 2-4 business days for your banking institution to process a refund, which means you may not see your refund for 4-7 days.
Can I return an unopened product?
Absolutely. You can return any sealed, unopened product to us at anytime. The product must be in saleable condition. This needs to take place within 10 days of the purchase date. You will be required to pay for the shipping to return the product to us. Please note that we have a 35% restocking fee.

Can I return an opened or used product?
We can accept opened or used products within 14 days of their purchase date. We cannot issue you a refund, but we can exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for shipping any products back to us.

If I don’t get good results from a product, can I return it?
Nobody in the industry that we know of offers this policy. Each person reacts to our products differently. We stand by the quality and consistency of all our products. However, should you feel strongly against our products after consuming them, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will see the best way to assist you.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Firstly, before you place order please make sure you want to order the product. Once, you place the order there is lot of behind the scenes work, which amounts to valuable money to us. However, should you wish to cancel the order, you may do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Should you wish to cancel the order after this time, we will charge a 15% (of the total purchase) fee.
What is the duration to ship product?
Products ordered will ship within 48-72 hours. Occasionally, we have a longer lead time, as some of the products are backordered.
What is the transit time once the product is shipped?
We ship via FedEx from the east coast. Transit times for ground shipment to the east coast will be 2 days, mid-west 3 days and west coast 5 days.
What is the packaging for the 10lbs, 20lbs, and 50lbs?
All our 10lbs, 20lbs, 50lbs products are packaged in food grade resealable Mylar bags. Please note we use the Five-pound label for these products for convenience.
